Subject:RCA TV repairs?

Our large screen RCA TV (about three years old) suddenly fried awhile ago. Can't find any repair places in the Comox Valley area that deals with RCA. We're told they're a very difficult company to deal with which is why repair places won't touch them. Anyone know of one on Vancouver Island NORTH of Victoria?
